You can open documents such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, PDF,Raw Camera Images and more from within the web studio and begin sharing and collaborating with end-clients, partners and other contributors. The instant messaging feature allows markups to show up in real-time on the digital asset canvas when conducting parallel reviews. Automatic Asset Routing - Dynamic Asset Selection
Don't know the names of digital assets that will be created by a designer? With dynamic asset selection you can set up automatic asset routing rules. Digital assets produced in a task will then be automatically assigned based on the rules to the next task. This eliminates the need for a project or operations manager to manually upload and route assets in a job workflow. Approvers can review newly created assets including the version the designer marks for review. Zoom supports multiple asset selection rules including wildcard patterns.
Workflow Studio - Visually design Jobs & Templates
Finally you don't have to be a rocket scientist to design & orchestrate complex creative workflows. using the Zoom Workflow Studio a project manager can visually map existing creative processes into Zoom Workflows. These workflows are automatically compiled into an automatically executable activity graph by the Zoom Workflow compiler in the backend. Existing job workflows can be saved into a template library for future reference.
Task Alerts - Deliver Creative Jobs On-time
Get email alerts as soon as your tasks are ready to be started. Zoom will track the next step in the workflow and inform participants by email and desktop alerts, as soon as a previous task finishes. Account/Delivery managers no longer have to chase contributors to get work done. Job dashboard shows exactly where the job is with respect to the currently active tasks. The tasks are also posted to the Task Manager inbox. This allows participants to view start-able tasks as well as upcoming tasks in the future.
Job and Asset Templates - Speed up time to market
In most creative organizations there are a handful of workflows that are executed repeatedly in response to creative work from end-clients. Without the template feature, account/project managers will be burdened with re-creating the same task flow every time a new job arrives. Thanks to the template features in Zoom, existing jobs can be saved to a template library and re-used the next time similar job needs to be performed. In addition, creative team managers can save templates of frequently used patterns and specifications inside template assets. This allows team members to adhere to corporate standards, ensure consistent branding and execution to a well defined specifications.
